We work with you to come up with the perfect custom design!
- All custom art remains the property of Nick E. Z's Tees and can not be reproduced by any other entity or business

- Art and art approval process usually takes 4-10 business days.
- Most rhinestone orders take about 2 weeks for production and delivery after art approval.
- A deposit of 60% is required on all orders and the balance is due upon delivery.
- We are happy to use your art*. Please submit in vector format to avoid art fees.
*Indemnity Clause: Clients guarantee they have legal rights to use all marks, logos, words, symbols, designs or art as their submitted artwork. Clients also agree to indemnify and hold Nick E. Z's Tees, and its agents, officers, representatives and employees harmless for all damages as well as attorney's fees spent with regard to any and all legal actions which result from the production of any artwork submitted by said client.
How it Works
You have decided that custom rhinestones are the way to go! Contact us and we will listen to what you are interested in and discuss the design process with you. We will then work up a few designs for you to choose from based on your specifications. Also see Sample Pack option below.
Once we have your approved design we will then render your design in what we call a rhinestone "mold" or motif (see photo to the right). From art concept to approved mold can take up to 10 business days. We will work with you on the art and mold until you are fully satisfied, guaranteed!
After the mold is approved, the quantity determined, and the final price quoted, the design will be put into production. Most orders take about 2 weeks to produce, sometimes more during busy seasons.
For volume pricing the minimum is 25 pieces.

Quoted prices (volume or retail) are based on quantities ordered and apparel items chosen. We are here to help with sizing, color choices, hard to find items and whatever else you may need.
Since our rhinestone designs can be applied to many different items, the quantities ordered are for the design not a specific apparel item.
Example: Quantity of 75 rhinestone designs =
20 fitted tees, 10 regular tees, 10 hoodies and 10 cinch sacks.
We will then apply the motif to your chosen apparel items and deliver your items to you!

Sample Pack Option
Nick E. Z's Tees offers a "Sample Pack" Ordering Option. Items do sell better when customers can take them home immediately but sometimes you just don't have the budget to place large orders up front. That is when a sample pack is a good idea!
Little money, less risk. A great idea for last minute orders when there is not enough time for production.
The cost is $100.00 and you will receive...
- Two versions of your design, on your choice of apparel or accessory item.
- 5 blank apparel or accessory samples in your choice of color and style.
- Nick E. Z's Tees will design an order form for you to use when collecting orders.
Most Sample Packs can be delivered in 7 business days. When you receive your pack you then use the samples to take orders. Once you meet the 25 piece min. you submit your first order and we will produce and deliver your items! IT's that easy!
25 piece min on first order. The same production times as below apply when placing your first order. Nick E. Z's Tees will only accept payment from the PTA, business or group who purchased the sample pack. One check per order-No checks from individuals.

- Number, color and size of rhinestones required in design.
- Addition of graphics or complexity of design work.
- Choice of items to be imprinted (Regular tee vs Sports Polo etc...).
Volume Production Times & Delivery
Average delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from the time the art is approved and is based on:
Design and art approval time
Availability of items ordered
Complexity of design

Ready Made items refers to items that are stocked but not designed or made by
Nick E. Z's Tees.
Low Quantity or Retail Ordering
Price is based on:

No set up fee
Average delivery is 4-6 days but is based on:

Basic Starting Prices for Retail Orders
3 Initials or One Complex Initial $25.00 (For most apparel/accessory items)
Name drops and/or initials (up to five letters)
- $25.00 caps and visors
- $35.00
for basic or fitted tee and most tanks and most totes.
- $40.00
for crew neck fleece
- $45.00
for hooded fleece and sweaters
Name drop or Initials plus a small graphic add $5.00 to prices above.

Rhinestone Washing Instructions
Our rhinestones are high quality and very durable. Please turn garment inside out to wash and wash on cold to warm water on delicate cycle. Dry rhinestone apparel flat (can be put on low heat cycle to "fluff"). Do not use solvents, bleach, brighteners, stain removers or detergent that contains bleach. Iron apparel inside out and be careful to allow stones to cool so as to not dislodge while hot.
